Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are very clean with one of the comfiest beds I've ever experienced, but unfortunately, mine was smaller than my guest's room at the same price and lacked a view from the window. The service was exceptional, with friendly and enthusiastic staff always ready to assist and provide valuable advice. The location was perfect, central to many of Amsterdam's attractions and easily accessible by public transport. Dining options were top-notch, offering a great selection of freshly cooked hot dishes and delicious cappuccino. However, the facilities seemed lacking in comparison to other aspects, and the value for money was slightly questionable.
Despite being sandwiched between the elevator and an open outdoor space where people enjoyed their evening late into the night, the room was tiny, even for European standards. However, the rooms were super functional and not missing anything, albeit with a low ceiling, very little equipment, and virtually no light coming inside. The service was exceptional, able to problem solve creatively and with patience and class, providing ready recommendations and assistance. The location was brilliant, very central and only a couple of minutes from Dam Square. The dining experience was great with a quality buffet and a-la-carte options. Facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, less than 10 minutes on foot from Amsterdam Centraal, making it a breeze to explore all the main attractions on foot. The service was top-notch, with very helpful staff offering great recommendations for city exploration. The dining options were extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. However, there seems to be a need for improved customer service training to enhance the overall experience.
The hotel is in a fantastic location with attentive and polite service. The rooms are immaculately clean and very well appointed, although they lack carpeting. However, the dining experience, while good, has room for improvement. The hotel offers great value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were incredibly well sound-proofed, despite being close to the kitchen, ensuring a peaceful environment. The luxury level was top-notch, although the rooftop room's air conditioning could have been more effective on a hot day.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and great for families, but unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work well, making it uncomfortable on a hot day. The noise was also a significant downside, not meeting the expectations for the high price paid.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to all the main attractions and with a relaxing ambiance. The rooms, while small but very clean, come with a delightful surprise of amazing chocolates, caramel waffles, and a nice bottle of bubbly, which I totally appreciated. However, due to the central location, the rooms were on the small side, even for Amsterdam, considering the price paid.
I arrived at the hotel around 11 am, and the room was all set and ready for me, located in the lovely part of the hotel. The selection of teas and coffees was a nice touch, although the room felt a bit cramped. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming, creating a delightful atmosphere. The location was brilliant, very central and just a couple of minutes from Dam Square.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were amazing, cozy, and exactly what I like – a perfect blend of modern and industrial design. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff, like the lovely girl who checked us in and gave us valuable recommendations. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk away from the Red Light District and Dam Square. The dining experience was lovely, offering high-quality dishes and plenty to eat. Overall, a fantastic experience with only a few minor setbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The bathroom integration into the main room is really cool, although the room was quite small for the price. Being at the top floors gave a nice view, but overall, the room was tiny.
My stay at Ink Hotel was truly delightful. The uniqueness of the room design with a map of Amsterdam on the wall was charming, allowing us to navigate the city easily. The soundproofed room ensured a peaceful night's sleep for my busy days ahead. The only drawback was the lack of certain amenities like refillable water containers.
